U.S. STANDARD RETURN POLICY-

For returns within the U.S., return shipping is on us. You can return Alabaster products for a full refund within 30 days after the order is delivered. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed after the return shipment has been received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order. Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

Our return policy only applies to items purchased on the Alabaster Co website. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return. Orders made through bulk orders will not be eligible for a return/refund.

For order issues such as damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact us here.

Apparel/Accessories- 

You can return all Alabaster apparel products that are unworn/unwashed with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of order delivery. If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD RETURN POLICY-
For returns outside the U.S., return shipping is on the customer. If you would like to initiate a return, you are responsible for payment of the shipping label, duty, and taxes. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed after the return shipment has been received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order. Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

We understand it can be hard to know if a product is right for you before you experience it firsthand. And because we want our customers to have a beautiful experience with our products, we’ve created our “Beautiful Guarantee”. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your first Alabaster purchase after opening it, you can keep a single item from your purchase and receive a full refund or free exchange for the item within 30 days after the order is delivered.
