U.S. STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Our return policy only applies to items purchased on the Alabaster Co website. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return. Orders made through bulk orders will not be eligible for a return/refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order or as store credit. Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

Books 

For the 2026 holiday season, all books purchased between November 1, 2026, and January 31, 2027, can be returned until February 1, 2027. Outside of the holiday season, you can return Alabaster Book products for a full refund within 30 days of order delivery. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed after the return shipment has been received.

Apparel/Accessories 

You can return all Alabaster apparel products that are unworn/unwashed with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of order delivery. If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD RETURN POLICY

For returns outside the U.S., the cost of return shipping is on the customer. If you would like to initiate a return, you are responsible for payment of the shipping label, duty, and taxes. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed after the return shipment has been received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order. Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
